Gretchen and the rest of the wonderful staff at Clarissa Boutique, "I am truly grateful for the time and effort you spent with me in helping me design my birdcage veil. Because I'm a firm believer that accessories make a big difference in taking a look to the next level, my headpiece was a really important aspect of my wedding attire. In fact, it was a key design element in the vintage-retro look I was going for. At the time, birdcage veils/headpieces were just coming into fashion in Pittsburgh and not something you could find at most bridal stores. I was beginning to get frustrated because I wasn't finding what I was looking for, yet I knew I didn't want to resort to ordering a headpiece sight unseen from the Internet. I wanted a more personal, hands-on experience. I knew the minute I walked into Clarissa that I was in good hands. Admittedly a perfectionist, I had a vision of what I wanted and Gretchen worked with me for as long as I needed to get it right.
